hey, im going to be in tokyo on the 26th and was offered a job at a club called Pure. i was wondering if anyone has been there and if so, whats it like. im just curious as to what customers and or people in tokyo/shibuya think about it?

Tue, August 31, 2004 - 3:51 AMI've been to Pure a couple of times - it's one of the cheapest places to drink in Shibuya since it has a nomihodi deal every Friday & Saturday night. It's an interesting mix of Japanese and gajin, many if not most of them looking to hook up. It's still a fun place and one of my favorites (not only for the cheap drinks) but because it plays hip hop & R&B (a lot of the newest stuff from the States) all night. Hope you have fun! Maybe I'll see ya there sometime if you take the job! -

Thu, September 2, 2004 - 12:51 PMwell the job fell through but its all good. still havent partyed at club pure but went to ATOM tonight and was the only none japanese person there, i swear. 250 japanese people and me. it was great and frikn weird at the same time. all those gangyuru girls(i think thats what they're called) i think they were scared of me cause everytime i was on the dance floor, one min later it would be empty around me.HAHAHA. it was great.
