  i:m in tokyo! i:m in an internet cafe in ikebukuro near sunshine city building as a matter a fact.
  
  i missed a friend i was sppsd. to meet there and am checking my email to see if she left me a mssg.
  
  i:ve been here for 4 weeks and don:t have my arc card yet and so i:m phoneless :( it sucks trying to meet up w/ people when you:re w/out phones.

  hi there, have you tried www.friendster.com ? when I used to live in Japan I met a number of people there who live in tokyo. I just gave in a search for "Japan", and most were living there.
