Dress for temperatures ranging from the high 50s to the mid 60s. Maybe by the beginning of April it will be in the low to mid 70s.

I'm not sure if you're asking about fashion or weather info... If you're asking about fashion, etc, then I can say that I wore my hiking sneakers, jeans and a fleece most of the time (in the winter when I was there) and I felt VERY out of place in Tokyo. Everyone there wore very high heeled boots and short skirts, fancy hair styles, etc. People were all dressed like this and I was the only one without heals on, even when we were hiking in the snow! I'm not saying that I would want to dress like that as a tourist (owww, my feet would hurt). In Kyoto people seemed to be dressed a bit more like they do in San Francisco. Tokyo was more like uptown NYC.
